NordicTrack X24 Treadmill Review: Elevate Your Home Gym!

NordicTrack has a new top treadmill: the NordicTrack X24. Its high 40% incline and -3% decline make this treadmill stand out, but its other features, like the high-powered motor, well-made construction, and pivoting 24” touchscreen with iFIT, make it even more impressive and fun to use.

The X24 is a splurge, but worth its price. You won’t find another treadmill that can do what this one can. FIT has been improved to include streaming apps, and we highly recommend subscribing to get the full training experience the X24 offers. The deck is also soft to make running and inclining comfortable. The X24 is heavy and hard to move, but this is the ultimate treadmill for home use if you have the space and budget.

The new updates to the NordicTrack 2450 have us impressed. The larger deck and motor make this already powerful treadmill even more so. It’s designed to handle a lot of running, plus the 14 mph max speed is intense for fast speeds.

The motor also adjusts so quickly that the 2450 is currently the fastest treadmill to adjust from 1 mph to 12 mph we’ve tested. This treadmill is also one of the softest we’ve tested. The deck cushioning makes running comfortable, especially if you get joint sensitivity.

To get the full experience, we recommend subscribing to iFIT. That 24-inch pivoting touchscreen holds most of the treadmill’s functionality. You won’t want to miss out on features like SmartAdjust and ActivePulse, thousands of outdoor trainer-led workouts, and streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify.

Running is fun and comfortable on the 2450. If you’re looking for a top-rated treadmill, this one is it.

WalkingPad A1 Pro Under Desk Treadmill Review

The WalkingPad A1 Pro is a treadmill that we recommend using primarily under a standing desk. It doesn’t have handles or uprights to hold onto so it is best to place under a desk while you work. The A1 Pro is a small treadmill that can fit under most desks and work in most office settings.

Being from WalkingPad, the A1 Pro folds in half and it can be moved around pretty easily. It only weighs 62 lbs so it’s easy to wheel around. It also is only 5” tall when folded so it can be rolled under a bed or couch when you’re not using it.

The A1 Pro is said to have a 300 lb weight limit, however, we recommend it for people up to 220 - 230 lbs considering this treadmill’s compact size. It is the same size as other treadmills like the WalkingPad C2 which has a 220 lb limit.

The brushless motor is quiet and nondisruptive so we recommend the WalkingPad A1 Pro to use in most spaces. The motor goes up to 3.75 mph so it’s best for walking only. This speed might not seem very fast, but it is great for walking at your desk. I only walk at about 1.5-2 mph at my desk.

The console is an LED panel that is built into the motor hood. It displays your time, distance, speed, steps, and estimated calories. You just have to look down at the motor hood to see where you’re at while using the A1 Pro. A handheld remote comes included to control the treadmill and to start and stop the belt. You can also connect your phone to the free KS Fit App to adjust the treadmill, too.

While the WalkingPad A1 Pro isn’t best for long-distance use, it is great for working and walking at your desk. We recommend looking into it if you’re looking for a compact, storable under-desk treadmill.

Best Treadmills of 2024 | Our Expert's Top 10 List

The NordicTrack 1750 Treadmill is the model that we recommend to most. It folds up, has a quiet 3.5 CHP motor, inclines up to 15% and declines to -3%, plus gives you the option to use iFit on the 14” touch screen. This model of the 1750 has a 22” x 60” running surface and soft cushioning.

For a treadmill that doesn’t require a subscription, check out the Sole F80. The F80 is a hop-on-and-go machine but its high 350 lb weight capacity and large 22” x 60” running surface make it appropriate for most users. It also comes with included streaming apps like Netflix. The F85 is also a great bump-up option.

Our pick for the best treadmill overall is the NordicTrack X32i Incline Trainer. This treadmill is very impressive with a 40% incline and -6% decline range. The X32i is extremely comfortable and it has a massive 32” touch screen that displays iFit to give you thousands of trainer-led workouts to follow along with. Check out its sister machine the NordicTrack X22i Incline Trainer if you want a slightly smaller and more affordable alternative.

The Horizon T101 Treadmill is an entry-level model that we love for walking primarily, however, if you have a short running stride, jogging and even running are possible on the 20” x 55” belt. It’s priced well under $1000, but the overall quality is comparable to models priced hundreds of dollars more.

The ProForm Pro 9000 has a 22” touchscreen that’s enabled with iFit. It’s foldable and features a 20” x 60” long running surface to give you plenty of room to run, and it has a powerful 3.6 CHP motor. Another great option from ProForm is the Pro 2000. It has a smaller screen and is less powerful, but a little more friendly on your wallet.

The Bowflex Treadmill 22 is a heavy-duty folding treadmill. It inclines up to 20% and declines to -5%. There’s plenty of room on the 22” x 60” long deck with the 4.0 motor. The 22” touch screen is easy to see and features JRNY to offer a variety of training content such as trainer-led classes, outdoor-filmed workouts, and even streaming from Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max.

The Horizon 7.0 AT is an affordable running treadmill at just under $1000. The 7.0 handles light to moderate use. For heavy use, like training for a marathon or high-intensity workouts, the 7.8 AT is the treadmill to go with. It’s the beefed-up version of the 7.0, plus it comes with the Sprint 8 training program for interval training workouts.

The NordicTrack 2450 has been updated. It includes a large 22” highly adjustable touchscreen that’s iFit-enabled, as well as a 3.6 CHP capable of handling heavy training. We love this treadmill for running because it’s interactive and powerful, with comfortable cushioning underfoot.

The Sole F63 is an entry-level model from the brand that is the best treadmill under $1500 on this list. We love that it includes the high-quality construction of Sole treadmills while being available at a nice price point. The 3.0 HP motor, 20” x 60” belt, and easy-to-use console make this a great pick for light to moderate running.

Horizon 7.0 AT Treadmill Review - Best Bang For Your Buck!

The Horizon 7.0 AT Treadmill is the most affordable model in Horizon’s Studio Series of treadmills. We’re impressed with how it performs and all the training capabilities it comes with, at an affordable price point.

The Horizon 7.0 is compact and foldable, making it a good option if you’re looking for a treadmill that can be stored. The deck uses a hydraulic assist so you get assistance when lifting and lowering the deck. You can also move it around fairly easily by tipping it back when it’s folded to engage the wheels. The treadmill itself is pretty lightweight at 277 lbs. It’s still substantial though and is really solid and sturdy.

Users up to 325 lbs should get a lot of use out of the 7.0. It has a 3.0 CHP motor that’s quiet and capable of handling light to moderate use. It also adjusts quickly. Horizon makes some of the most quick-adjusting treadmills, and the 7.0 is one of them.

For running, the Horizon 7.0 AT has an ideal deck length. It’s 60” which we’ve found can accommodate most running strides and heights of users. It is 20” wide so the treadmill is compact, but you might want to look into the Horizon 7.8 AT if you want a wider surface for running. The 7.0 AT handles everything from walking all the way up to sprinting and all of our reviewers had plenty of room on the deck.

Horizon also covers the motor and frame with a lifetime warranty which helps to instill confidence in the construction.

As far as the console, it’s simple and straightforward and kind of like a treadmill you’d find in a gym, at least how it functions. The screen is a 7.25” LCD screen and there are 4 LED windows below that to show all of your necessary training metrics. There are built-in workouts and different programmed modes to choose from for guided training. The Horizon will adjust automatically to the preselected speeds/inclines in these models. Plus, there’s a manual mode for you to do your own thing. The 7.0 AT doesn’t require a monthly subscription to access the content.
The console is Bluetooth-enabled to connect to apps like Zwift for training entertainment. You can use the Peloton and iFit Apps for trainer-led content, too. You’ll just need your device to stream. You can also play music and streaming content through the speakers. We do wish the speakers and fan were more powerful but considering all the Horizon 7.0 offers we are really impressed and recommend it for most homes.

Best Under Desk Treadmills of 2024 | See Our Top 10 List

The best under-desk treadmill overall is the LifeSpan TR5000. It has a large 3.0 motor that’s quiet and rated to handle up to 9 hours of use per day. It goes up to 4 mph which should be plenty for you to walk at your desk. It is a little bit larger than a few others on this list, but it has a 20” x 50” walking surface that should provide plenty of room for most. It comes with two console options that sit on your desk so you can see your metrics and adjust the treadmill easily. The motor, size, and capabilities of this under-desk treadmill make it our top recommendation for most people.

The runner-up best under-desk treadmill is the LifeSpan TR1200. It is really comparable to our top pick but is slightly cheaper. It has a 2.25 horsepower motor, 4 mph max speed, and can handle users up to 350 lbs. The walking surface is 20” wide by 50” long so it provides a nice amount of space to use it.

We’ve awarded the InMovement UnSit Under Desk Treadmill as the best high-end under-desk treadmill. It’s priced at over $2000. It’s also specifically designed for use under a desk because it is almost as wide as it is long. It’s 39” wide, so you need to make sure your desk legs are at least that width. We love its design because it allows a lot of room when you’re walking at your desk. We think this one is worth the splurge if you have the budget for it.

The WalkingPad C2 has a deck that folds in half, earning it the spot as the best folding under-desk treadmill. It’s very compact at only 57” long and 20” wide. The walking surface is only about 15.5” wide, so if you like more room, we recommend looking into a larger model. The C2 only weighs about 55 lbs though so you can transport it pretty easily.

The best small treadmill goes to the Sunny Health & Fitness Walkstation. This is a small treadmill that only weighs 55 lbs. It is only about 25” wide so it fits under most desks. The walking surface is 14” wide by 39” long, and it handles up to 220 lbs. For smaller users and those looking for a small under-desk treadmill, check out the Walkstation.

The Redliro Under Desk Treadmill is the best 2-in-1 under-desk treadmill on our list. It’s very compact with a deck size of just 15” wide and 41” long. It has collapsible handles to use this model under a desk and on its own. When folded down the speed goes up to 4 mph, and when the handles are folded up to use them for balance, the belt will move up to 7.5 mph. Users will long running strides might not be able to use this treadmill at its full speed, but it is nice to have that option.

The WalkingPad R2 2-In-1 Under Desk Treadmill is our best walking pad treadmill because it has the features we love about the brand. It’s compact, the deck folds in half, and it can be stored upright to take up a small amount of space. This is a 2-in-1 treadmill which means you can use it at a desk and on its own because of the collapsible handle.

WalkingPad X21 Treadmill Review - The Most Compact Folding Treadmill!

The WalkingPad X21 Treadmill is an extremely compact model. We recommend it for users who live in apartments and condos, on upper-level floors, and who have only a small amount of space. The X21 has a unique double-folding mechanism that allows this treadmill to be stored in a closet or pushed against a wall, out of the way.

The WalkingPad X21 is best for walking only, although users with shorter running strides will be able to lightly jog on the deck as well. The 1.0 HP brushless motor is quiet and moves the belt from 1 mph up to 7.5 mph. It’s fairly quiet, too.

What makes the X21 unique is its double-folding mechanism. The deck folds in half and then folds again at the top of the deck to sit upright under the console and uprights. It reminds me of a large briefcase when folded. This technology takes the deck from around 56” long to only 9” long when folded.

Something to be aware of is that the area in the deck that folds can be felt underfoot when using the WalkingPad X21. It is noticeable, especially if you’ve used a treadmill before, however with time, most will probably get used to it. We did, after using the X21 for a bit.

The console and uprights remain in place when the X21 is folded and unfolded. The console is also built into the handle to display metrics like your time, distance, and speed. The center adjustment dial is pretty intuitive to use for adjusting the treadmill. You can also download the KS Fit App for free to track your workouts and adjust the treadmill with your phone.

If you’re looking for a small walking treadmill that can be stored out of sight, this is one to consider.

Freebeat Lit Bike Review & Gamified Workout Demo

The Freebeat Lit Bike not only has a unique look, but the content definitely makes it stand out. The trainer-led classes are filmed indoors and seem typical to what you see with subscription cycling classes, nowadays. It isn’t until you start a class that you experience the fun twist.

Each cycling class is gamified for you to earn points by riding to the beat of the music. Every class has a unique, curated playlist, and you’re given specific cadence targets to hit during your ride. You’re scored on how close you hit the cadence targets with your pace, and your score is then placed on a leaderboard for you to compete against other members. Keep in mind that your metrics like distance and watt output aren’t displayed during class. They are shown in the Just Ride mode though.

Keep in mind that you do need to subscribe to Freebeat’s content to use the touch screen on the Freebeat Lit Bike and take classes. The classes are on-demand and the majority offered are cycling. There are sculpting and stretching, but the number of these classes is more limited. Freebeat adds cycling classes regularly which definitely helps keep the content fresh.

Another way to earn more points is by riding out of the saddle. There is a sensor in the saddle that detects your movement. The resistance is also automated to adjust for you based on the instructor’s cues, but you can adjust the bike yourself anytime using the resistance knob.

The Freebeat Lit Bike on its own is of great quality, too. While the content is definitely the highlight and my favorite aspect of this bike, we’re pleased to report that the Lit Bike is stable and feels comparable to other models on the market.

It handles users up to 300 lbs and can be adjusted for users as short as 4’11”. I’m 5’1” and I have plenty of room to work with when adjusting the seat and handles. Our tallest reviewer who is 6’5” wished the seat went a little higher.

The handles aren’t my favorite, but they suffice for long-distance riding. My hands don’t feel fatigued or uncomfortable, I just wish they had a horizontal bar for more grip options. The seat is surprisingly comfortable despite its minimal padding, and the pedals have toe cages to accommodate any athletic shoe.

Overall, we really like the Freebeat Lit Bike. It’s stable, comfortable, and quiet. The content is engaging and really fun. If you’re looking for fun trainer-led cycling classes, or just like the idea of playing games while you ride, you should check out the Freebeat Lit Bike.

Peloton Tread vs NordicTrack 2450 Treadmill Comparison

The Peloton Tread and NordicTrack 2450 are some of the most popular treadmill models on the market. They both have streamlined designs and feature subscription workout content on the touch screens.

While both have similar footprints, the Peloton Tread is slightly smaller and lighter, however, the NordicTrack folds up. This is huge especially if you’re short on space. Both move with their front transportation wheels and both can handle users up to 300 lbs.

Where these treadmills differ are the motor and deck. The NordicTrack 2450 has a 3.6 HP motor while the Peloton Tread has a 3.0 HP motor. Both can handle walking, jogging, hiking, running, and sprinting, but we prefer the larger motor on the NordicTrack, especially for heavier use like long-distance running. The 3.0 HP motor is usually the smallest that we recommend for running.

The Peloton Tread also has a smaller running surface that is 20” x 59”. The NordicTrack has a 22” x 60” long running surface. We don’t notice a difference in the length and both are suitable for pretty much all users, but the extra 2” of width on the NordicTrack makes a difference for larger users and those who want more space to move on. The cushioning is softer underfoot on the NordicTrack as well. This makes it very comfortable to use, especially for running. The Peloton Tread has firmer cushioning that feels more similar to lower-end, cheaper treadmill models.

The quick touch buttons and pivoting touch screen on the NordicTrack really make it functional and user-friendly compared to the non-pivoting screen and minimal buttons on the Peloton Tread.

Both of these treadmills have subscription workout content on the screen that requires an additional monthly fee. NordicTrack uses iFit which offers thousands of trainer-led classes filmed indoors and out. iFit really shines with its indoor classes and features like Google Maps and SmartAdjust.

The Peloton App features live and on-demand trainer-led classes that are primarily filmed indoors. Their outdoor classes are slowly growing but nowhere near to the amount that iFit has. Peloton really shines with its indoor studio classes because of the music and the instructors, but Peloton doesn’t have features like Google Maps or SmartAdjust on the Peloton Tread.

Overall, we recommend and prefer using the NordicTrack 2450. It is more affordable, has more functionality, softer cushioning, larger running surface and motor, and it folds up. iFit also offers thousands of interactive outdoor workouts. The Peloton Tread is great if you are a diehard Peloton fan and want a treadmill that displays the brand’s content. Overall though, our pick is the NordicTrack 2450 it is one of our top recommended treadmills and found on our best treadmill list at TreadmillReviewGuru.com as the best treadmill for running.

Sole F80 vs NordicTrack 1750 vs ProForm Pro 2000 Treadmill Comparison

The NordicTrack 1750, Sole F80, and ProForm Pro 2000 are all popular midrange treadmills on the market. They’re also all on our best treadmills list at TreadmillReviewGuru.com. We recommend them all, but for different reasons.

All three of these treadmills fold up and can be moved with their transportation wheels. The Sole F80 is the easiest to move because it has four wheels versus the two wheels on the others. The ProForm Pro 2000 is slightly smaller than the other two, so it’s a better option if you’re short on space and need a few extra inches of room.

All of these treadmills are stable to use and have nice weight capacities. The 2000 and 1750 have 300 lb limits, while the F80 has a 375 lb weight capacity, making it better for larger users.

The NordicTrack 1750 and Sole F80 have 3.5 HP motors that can handle all levels of training and heavier use. The ProForm Pro 2000 has a 3.25 HP motor that is best for walking, jogging, and light running. We don’t recommend it for heavier use, however it is more affordable than these other two treadmills and is our best budget pick.

The NordicTrack and Sole have wider decks, which make them great for all users. The ProForm is slightly narrower. All of these treadmills have shock absorption in the deck, but the NordicTrack 1750 has the softest cushioning underfoot. The Sole F80 feels the firmest in comparison, and the ProForm is somewhere in the middle.

For screen content the 1750 and Pro 2000 are both enabled with iFit on the touchscreens. iFit is a complete training program that offers trainer-led classes at a monthly subscription cost. The Sole F80 only has onboard workouts that don’t require a subscription to access. This makes the F80 the best option if you’re looking for a treadmill that doesn’t require a monthly subscription.

Overall, our top recommendation is the NordicTrack 1750. It’s named our best treadmill for home use on our best list and it’s really great for overall use. We love the soft cushioning and iFit programming, however if you’re looking for a treadmill with similar features at a lower cost, then check out the ProForm Pro 2000. For those not wanting to take trainer-led classes, then the Sole F80 is the best bet.

Bob & Brad Massage Gun Reviews | Best Massage Gun On Amazon?

The Bob And Brad Massage Guns really impressed us because they’re very affordable, yet of nice quality. Plus, they’re incredibly quiet, especially compared to the Theragun Pro and Theragun Mini from Therabody.

In this review, we go over the X6 Pro, T2, C2, and Q2 Mini Massage Guns from Bob And Brad. With each of these different models, you have options for what kind of massage gun you need. Each comes with a hardshell carrying case, charger, and five head attachments. This way, you can target your muscles differently with the percussion and be able to take each massage gun with you, if needed.

The Bob And Brad X6 Pro is the premium massage gun in their line-up. It is the largest, but it only weighs 1.9 lbs. It has the longest handle out of all of the massage guns, so it’s easier to reach the more difficult areas of the body with. Compared to the Theragun Pro, it has a smaller amplitude of 10 mm, so it doesn’t dig into your muscles quite as much. The fast percussion speed is effective at relieving tension though. There are five-speed settings ranging from 2000 to 3200 RPMs. The stall force is 44 lbs so you can put a lot of pressure behind the massage gun when you’re using it without stalling the motor. We compared the Bob and Brad X6 Pro vs the Theragun Pro.

The Bob And Brad T2 Massage Gun is kind of a hybrid between the X6 Pro and C2. It has the same 44 lb stall force and 10 mm amplitude but it’s more similar in size and design to the C2. The Bob And Brad C2 on the other hand has a 35 lb stall force and only an 8 mm amplitude. When testing these massage guns at the same time, we could tell the difference, however, both are good options for a massage tool. One thing to keep in mind is that none of Bob And Brad’s Massage Guns are appropriate for commercial use. We recommend them for personal use. Each also has a built-in timer that powers off the massage gun after 10 minutes of continual use. Bob And Brad only recommend using them for a small amount of time.

The Q2 Mini Massage Gun is the smallest and most affordable. It is so small that it can fit in your pocket if you have a larger pocket. The case is also very compact to fit easily in a larger bag. We love that it also comes with five-speed settings ranging from 1800 to 3000 plus it has five attachments just like the other massage guns. It has an impressive 32 lb stall force which is pretty high considering how small this massage gun is. The amplitude is only 7 mm but we don’t expect one of this size to be higher. We compared the Bob and Brad Q2 Mini vs the Theragun Mini.

Overall, for the price and quality, any of these massage guns from Bob And Brad are good options. They’re great for casual use, beginners to percussion therapy, and those who are sensitive to percussion therapy. With all four to choose from, you’re sure to find one that works for you.

ProForm Pro HIIT H14 HIIT Trainer Review

The ProForm Pro HIIT H14 is the premium model in ProForm’s ellipticals. It’s not quite like an elliptical though. It has a more compact footprint than your standard elliptical as well as a pedal stroke that moves vertically and horizontally. It really feels like a hybrid machine that’s a cross between an elliptical and a stair-stepper.

The pedal stroke moves up and down 10” and forward and back 5”. When you’re using it, it really works your legs. You can pedal forward and backward to target your lower body muscles differently, too. The pedals are oversized and 15” long to handle a wide variety of sized users. With this size, most users can position their feet in different ways. Plus, the pedals are cushioned and textured to keep your feet from slipping.

The ProForm Pro HIIT H14 provides a low-impact workout for your entire body. This is because the handles move in conjunction with the pedals. The handles primarily move laterally like an elliptical, and the motion reminds me of one. The moving handles offer a wide variety of places to grip for short and tall users alike. Our shortest reviewer prefers using the lower half of the handles, while our tallest reviewer likes using the top half. There are also two stationary inner handles that don’t move. These are great if you just want to work your lower body. They can also be used when getting on and off the machine because they don’t move. One thing to keep in mind is that the moving handles and pedals can be moved even when the Pro HIIT H14 isn’t plugged in, so it might be difficult for some users to get on and off.

The compact design is largely due to the front flywheel drive system. It weighs 30 lbs and provides silent magnetic resistance. This heavy flywheel makes not only your pedal stroke feel smooth and stable, but the machine itself feels incredibly solid. It also has a 325 lb weight capacity and two long steel stabilizers that contribute to its heartiness. One thing to note is that the ProForm Pro HIIT H14 doesn’t fold up. It can be moved pretty easily by lifting the back part of the stabilizers and using the wheels on the front.

One thing that makes the ProForm Pro HIIT H14 even more valuable in my opinion is the iFit enabled 14” touch screen. Here’s where you can access iFit’s large library of classes and take anything from elliptical, walking, hiking, and running workouts on the HIIT H14. There are also specific classes that use it, too. iFit has over 180 trainers with different styles to guide you through workouts on and off iFit-enabled machines. This makes iFit more of a complete training program rather than just a fitness app. It does require a monthly subscription to use and it comes free for the first 30 days.

The one thing that surprised me about the ProForm Pro HIIT H14, is how challenging of a workout it can provide. The adjustable, practically silent hybrid trainer can have you sweating in minutes. This makes it perfect for high-intensity workouts. It can also be used for longer cardio sessions too. We suggest looking into the ProForm Pro HIIT H14 if you’re looking for a low-impact, compact machine to get a good workout on.
