Hydrow vs. Concept2 2024: Which Is The King Of The Rowers?

This comparison is one of the most debated among our team. The Concept2 RowErg is arguably the best because of its price, indestructible design, and easy-to-use console. It’s the rower people think of for indoor rowing. The Hydrow Pro, on the other hand, is newer, sleek, quieter, and offers subscription training content.

So, do you go with the trusty staple that you can find in every garage and public gym or the shiny, tech-savvy, fun rower?

Strap in; we’re going to break down everything for you.

Peloton Bike vs. Bike+: Who’s At The Top Of The Leaderboard?

Although the Peloton Bike and Bike+ aren’t our top recommended bikes, I understand the appeal. Even with other training apps on my phone, I still use the Peloton app in my spare time. Peloton has the best studio training content, so I understand why you’re having a hard time choosing between the Peloton Bike and Peloton Bike+.

You can use the Peloton app with other exercise bikes, but to get the full experience (leaderboard and all), you’ll need to buy one of Peloton’s bikes. If you’re on a budget, the Peloton Bike might seem more appealing. At around $1000 cheaper, it is a great price for a bike with a large attached touchscreen.

But will you miss out on the extra features that the Peloton Bike+ comes with? Buying any kind of fitness equipment is an investment, especially equipment that costs over $1000 or more. I’m here to help remove some stress so you can leave this review confident in your decision.

I’m going to share my recommendation between these bikes, and I’ll also share some other recommendations in case you aren’t quite sold on buying a Peloton Bike.

Horizon 7.4 AT vs. Sole F80 Comparison: The Experts’ Pick

You make thousands of decisions a day. The last decision you probably want to make is determining which treadmill to buy. You want someone to tell you which one to buy. I’m a mom, I get it, and I’m here to do just that.

The Horizon 7.4 AT and Sole F80 are similar in price and have some commonalities, like folding decks and powerful motors, but one will work better for you than the other. We all have individual goals, preferences, and unique homes. Just because one of these treadmills works for your friend who recommended it doesn’t mean it is the best option for you.

Let me help you make your decision between the Horizon 7.4 AT and Sole F80 easy. Keep reading.

NordicTrack 2450 Treadmill Review: It Makes Me Love Running

Admittedly, I’m not a runner, or rather, I don’t identify as one. This doesn’t mean I don’t run; how else do I test treadmills? I just don’t enjoy running enough to call myself a runner, that is, until I hop on the NordicTrack Commercial 2450.

I want running to be comfortable and, at the very least, distracting so I forget I’m sweating and panting. The absorbent running deck on the 2450 refreshes my legs, which is usually the opposite when I run. iFIT also lets me explore new areas and log into apps like Netflix and Spotify straight from the 2450’s large touchscreen.

Even through various updates, the NordicTrack 2450 stays true to its goal of being an excellent, foldable treadmill for running. This latest version has me thinking it’s almost perfect, but let me explain.

Best Exercise Bikes, 2024 - A Cycling Instructor’s Top Picks

Spin classes are expensive. I know this because I’m a cycling instructor, and I’ve taken my fair share. Although your upfront costs might be more to buy a bike and spin at home, your overall investment, in the long run, can benefit from having an exercise bike.

No having to commute to the studio, no having to show up early to get your favorite bike in the back by the fan, and no having to plan your schedule around the limited classes available.

We (our team of fitness experts, myself included) have put together our list of the best exercise bikes for home use. Many have studio training content, while others don’t. We’ve picked all types of bikes that will get you sweating conveniently in the comfort of your own home.

Sole ST90 Review: Why I Hate To Love This Treadmill

When I look for fitness equipment, I want something that makes me better and gives me a killer workout that I can only get through by uttering a few swear words. Will the Sole ST90 Treadmill make you better? Maybe. Will it whip you into #!@$-ing shape? Most likely!

Although I’ve run on so many treadmills that I’ve lost count–I’ve even sneaked into gyms to try models we don’t have when we have most. The Sole ST90 is the HARDEST treadmill I’ve ever run on.

I can only thank Sole for including free trainer-led workout videos and apps like Netflix and YouTube on the touchscreen because when I’m on the ST90, I need any distractions to push through–although sometimes my favorite show isn’t even enough to divert my dark thoughts or obscene language.

So, what makes the Sole ST90 so challenging? Let me take you to the Sole of why I hate to love the ST90.

Best Keto Protein Powder, 2024: Don’t Skimp On Protein!

As a certified sports nutritionist, I take protein seriously. Some people are coffee enthusiasts who try out different blends; I’m a protein-powder fanatic who strives to consume high-quality powders when I need a few extra grams apart from food.

When you’re eating low-carb and high-fat on the keto diet, you still need to focus on protein. Protein is an essential macronutrient that our body uses to build and maintain muscle, as well as repair and make new cells. It’s important whether you’re on the keto diet or not. All of the best protein powders below are keto-friendly, but they’re also excellent, even if you’re not keto.

Bob & Brad Air 2 Mini Massage Gun Review 2024

With a striking resemblance to the Theragun Mini, some might think the Bob and Brad Air 2 Mini Massage Gun is just another cheap massage gun on Amazon. While it is really affordably priced, the Air 2 Mini is impressive for its quality.

This portable massage gun from Bob and Brad is small enough to fit in your hands and designed to go with you to the gym and even on that vacation. Keep in mind that with its size, it’s not the most powerful, but it still provides good percussive therapy, especially on the go.

It has a 28 lb stall force and a 12 mm amplitude to help ease tension after your workouts as well as day-to-day activities. The Bob and Brad Air 2 Mini comes with 5 versatile attachment heads and a hard-shell carrying case to keep everything together.

Another plus is that it’s quiet during all 3 percussive settings. If you’re new to percussive therapy or if you’re looking for a small massage gun to take with you, then this one is it. The Air 2 Mini is definitely a welcome addition to the rest of Bob and Brad’s massage guns.

AssaultBike Elite Review 2024 - We’re Still Winded

If you know about air bikes, then you heard about AssaultBikes. I’ve even heard of air bikes from other brands called AssaultBikes. Undoubtedly, they’re popular, but is the top-of-the-line AssaultBike Elite worth it? What makes it different?

Along with its durability, the Elite is the bike you hop on when you want to sweat because you will within a few minutes. Air bikes are tough, and the Elite lives up to this, boasting a classic and well-adjusting design.

Although it holds a special place in my heart as the first air bike I had the pleasure of reviewing here at TRG, this fan bike has some things I’m not a fan of. Let me explain below.
